1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Aransh Holidays website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A token advance may be required to confirm a reservation; the balance is due as per the payment schedule.
Prices are per person unless stated otherwise and may change due to external factors such as taxes and fuel prices.

3. Payments

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI or secure online payment gateway. Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the applicable advance amount.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation charges apply depending on the number of days before departure. Refunds are processed in the original payment method and may take 7–14 business days. Please review the cancellation policy applicable to your package at the time of booking.

5. Travel Documents

Travellers are responsible for carrying valid government-issued photo ID (and passport/visa for international travel). Aransh Holidays is not liable for travel disruptions caused by incorrect or missing documentation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aransh Holidays acts as an intermediary for hotels, transport and activity providers and is not responsible for loss, injury or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, flight cancellations or government regulations.
